Refund Policy

Since all orders are made according to custom specifications, we do not allow order cancellations, refunds, or returns after proof approval or after the proof bypass window period. Additionally, we do not accept returns on completed orders. However, if you are not satisfied with your order and feel that we did not meet your expectations, please contact us within 30 business days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to correct the situation. If we decide, at our discretion, to replace any product or refund any amount you paid for the order, such replacement or refund will constitute our entire, sole, and exclusive liability, and your sole and exclusive remedy for that order.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
